New Talisman Gold Mines has given notice of the termination of Asia Pacific Capital Group Ltd’s management services contract, meaning Matthew Hill will no longer act as the company’s CEO.
Hill is sole director and shareholder of Asia Pacific Capital Group, according to the Companies Office.
