Ports of Auckland chair Liz Coutts is retiring as chair and director after a decade on the company’s board as she looks to reduce her workload.
Coutts, who also chairs the boards of listed companies Oceania Healthcare, Skellerup, and Ebos, will retire at the end of January after notifying
