Snakk Media taken out of liquidation for backdoor listing

Purchaser says it is the first time this has happened.

The shell of failed Snakk Media has effectively been sold for an expected reverse listing. 

An announcement to the NZX today said liquidators were expected to release the company as part of a restructure and the re-listing of the company on the NZX main board.

It follows the High Court
