Suncorp NZ appoints executive general manager customer experience

Mark Wilkshire will join Suncorp New Zealand’s leadership team as executive general manager Customer experience in November.

Wilkshire will be responsible for the delivery of Suncorp’s customer strategy across its New Zealand brands, Vero Insurance and Asteron Life. He replaces Campbell Mitchell, who is now executive general manager, claims.  

Suncorp New Zealand acting chief executive Adam Heath said Wilkshire brought a strong track record of delivering for customers and building high-performing teams.

Wilkshire has held senior executive roles leading marketing, insurance, lending and sales and service functions at Kiwibank, ANZ and Bank of New Zealand.
