Strong performance and uncertain lease conspire for Vital downgrade

Over the past six months Vital share price has gained 19%, outperforming the property sector.

The usually conservative researchers at Forsyth Barr have downgraded Vital Healthcare Properties [NZX: VHP]  to “underperform” from” neutral.”

Part of the downgrade is because NZX-listed Vital has done so well recently, in terms of share price performance.
