Stuart Bagley appointed manager solutions
The Property Group Limited has appointed Stuart Bagley as Manager Solutions to the development management arm of the organisation.
The Property Group Limited (TPG) have just appointed Stuart Bagley as Manager Solutions to the development management arm of the organisation – TPG Solutions.
Mr Bagley joins the team from his previous role as National Director – Asset Management with Knight Frank, where he managed a team providing strategic management, consultancy and property acquisition services for corporate and property investor clients.
Originally from the UK, Stuart relocated to New Zealand with his Kiwi wife in 1995. His career spans over 26 years in both Property Management and Property Development. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
“My interest has always been in providing strategic advice to help property owners make the best of their investments and to identify and realise optimum outcomes,” says Mr Bagley.
“This was the attraction of the role at TPG, which will help clients not only realise the potential of their properties, but also help with all phases of their development projects. This includes feasibility studies right through all phases from funding to design and construction management.”
Bagley is excited about his new role at TPG and the opportunity to provide a complete solution to existing and new clients. “TPG’s consultants cover a variety of property consultancy and planning services, and TPG Solutions is a natural extension to the projects and work currently being undertaken around the country. It’s a busy time in the property development cycle, especially in Auckland.”
With 12 offices around New Zealand, TPG Solutions will be kept busy nationwide, working closely with TPG’s property consultants, business managers, planners, GIS analysts and legal counsel to help clients with development management services across a whole range of sectors.
