Judgment leads to one-all in legal scrap over competing brand change

It was a case of one-all in a just-released judgment on a long-running wrangle between Te Mata Estate, the country’s oldest winery, and newcomer Ata Mara over its former wine brand.

Ata Mara brought a case last year before the District Court at Hastings alleging it was owed $25,000 from Te Mata
