But the Rotorua-based company is still seeking further private investment to deploy a fourth-generation pilot plant at Ecogas.

Energy innovation centre Ara Ake has provided Cetogenix with a $1 million repayable loan to help scale up and deploy its biogas production technology.
Cetogenix is scaling a bolt-on technology, Ceto-Boost, that can lift biogas output by up to 40% at existing anaerobic digestion plants.
