Argo Navis shareholders appoint liquidator

Rocket engine company founded by ex-Rocket Lab staff had raised more than $2m so far.

A liquidator has been appointed to New Zealand space company Argo Navis Aerospace.

Digby John Noyce of RES Corporate Services was appointed on December 5 by special resolution of the company’s shareholders. The liquidator’s first report is due on Tuesday.
