Kiwi software company Cin7 makes two overseas acquisitions
A Covid online retail boom has lifted Cin7’s revenue.
Inventory and order management software company Cin7, founded by former Vietnamese refugee Danny Ing, has acquired Dear Systems and Orderhive as part of its drive to be a global market leader in its niche.
The purchase prices have not been disclosed but Cin7 said both were outright cash deals
