The High Court has thrown out a claim alleging negligence and breach of fiduciary duty against prominent patent attorney firm AJ Park.
The claim was made by the Baby Hammock Company (BHC), which developed and marketed a baby hammock, which could be suspended from a doorway or a stand sold
