Transaction Services Group (TSG), a leading global payment solutions provider, has announced a number of changes to its Executive Team.

From March 2016, Ian Jones will be TSG Chief Executive Officer America.  Bringing more than 25 years of strategic leadership and commercial experience to the role, Ian has been heading up TSG’s Queensland based business PaySmart.  TSG acknowledges New Zealand Trade and Enterprise’s valuable assistance in establishing the business in the United States.

Davin Miller, currently Debitsuccess Australasia CEO, will take up the newly created role of TSG CEO Australasia.  This will see him responsible for both Debitsuccess and PaySmart businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

Steven Holmes will be moving from his current role as TSG Chief Information Officer to TSG Chief Operating Officer.  In this capacity, Steve will be overseeing operations, product development and processes across the wider business.

David Kennedy will be joining TSG as Group Chief Information Officer.  With leadership and management expertise, David’s most recent position was Chief Information Officer at Orion Health.  His track record is based on leading organisations to achieve new performance levels, organisational vision and structure, and the introduction of new technologies and business processes.

Craig Marshall, Chief Executive Officer, TSG says the changes stand the organisation in good stead to further develop the business.

“We are excited to announce these executive appointments which will boost our ability to accelerate growth,” says Mr Marshall.

“This is an exciting time for TSG and we look forward to building on our 20 year history and taking the business from strength to strength.”

TSG is an international direct debit billing service business comprising Debitsuccess in New Zealand and the United States, Debitsuccess and PaySmart in Australia, DFC and Harlands Group in the United Kingdom, and Harlands Group in the European Union.  With a New Zealand-based head office, the company specialises in the delivery of recurring payment solutions for a wide range of industries.
