Transaction Services Group appoints Head of Group Planning and Analysis

Transaction Services Group has announced that Scott Maud will join the company as Head of Group Planning and Analysis.

Transaction Services Group (TSG), a New Zealand based leading global payment solutions provider, has announced that Scott Maud will join the company as Head of Group Planning and Analysis.

Craig Marshall, TSG Chief Executive Officer, says the appointment signals an exciting period for the company.

“As TSG enters into partnerships with new investors and with the expanding operations in the United Kingdom, we are focused on driving efficiencies across the wider organisation,” says Mr Marshall.  “Scott will be a valuable addition to the senior management group as we enter this phase of the group’s growth.”

Scott has a background in company restructuring with PricewaterhouseCoopers, but has spent the last eight years in the United Kingdom.  During this time he worked in financial consulting and commercial roles, mostly with private equity owned businesses.  His most recent role was commercial finance lead in a private equity owned business, with a particular focus on business partnership to drive efficiencies, profitable growth and strategy.
