Australian-listed Transfield Services has secured two new maintenance contracts totalling more than $94 million with Chorus and Housing New Zealand.
The company has signed a five-year, $64m contract to maintain 4000 telecommunications sites around the country for Chorus.
Transfield has also signed a two-year contract with Housing NZ for more than $30m to maintain 7500 properties in South Auckland, and has an option for another two years.
The contracts were part of $A240m ($NZ312m) in new work signed by Transfield on both sides of the Tasman.
Transfield has also signed a five-year contract with New Zealand police to maintain 400 North Island properties.
