Tuesday: Auckland office vacancies well below earlier predictions

Auckland office vacancy rates have already started tracking downward and are unlikely to reach the 16% expected by property researchers a year ago. Instead, it should peak at about 12% this year before easing back, according to Colliers researcher Alan McMahon.
