Listed DNZ has sold its Lumley House in central Wellington for $20.3 million.
The 14-level building is on the corner of Hunter and Victoria Streets, is “earthquake code compliant”, and refurbished.
It has a March 2011 valuation of $21.1 million and $2.03 million in annual rental
