Nineteen supermarket properties currently on the market gleaned $15.4 million in rental income last year for their UK-owners.
The supermarkets are owned by Antipodean Supermarkets, a subsidiary of London-based William Pears Group and its joint partner, Jonny Berman and incorporated in 2006.
