'Unco-operative' bankrupt fights discharge block

Convicted businessman Patrick Darby will go to court in three weeks to fight the Official Assignee’s bid to block him from being discharged from bankruptcy.

Darby ran Barrys Car Sales in Takanini and also ran finance company Hillcrest Services, which provided car loans to Barrys’ customers
