US multi-millionaire Joseph Reeves Hyde III is taking over ownership of Kahutara Downs and Rakanui Station near Kaikoura.
He is replacing his daughter Margaret Hyde as the underlying owner of Hyde NZ Partners LP, which owns the two stations.
