Vinta to launch $116m unlisted property fund next month

Australian-owned Vinta is about to launch a new wholesale fund next month seeking $72 million of equity.

Presuming a successful capital raising, the fund will be valued at about $116 million after debt is included for the acquisition of the property assets.
