Wannabe fourth mobile operator's story doesn't check out

Clear Mobitel says it has the wherewithal to be New Zealand's fourth mobile network operator (behind Telecom, Vodafone and 2degrees).

The company's plans made a splash in an Australian trade newsletter, and were featured in last week's print edition of NBR.
