Deal is subject to approval from Naked shareholders.
NBR Rich Lister Eric Watson’s lingerie brand Bendon and Nasdaq-listed Naked Brand Group have formed a merger agreement.
The deal, which would create a single Australian holding company, was originally due to be confirmed in February but was deferred three times and last month the two made tweaks
