Wellington office tower sells to foreigners for $63m

A contract to sell Grant Thornton House in Lambton Quay, Wellington, is now unconditional.

It was sold for $63 million to an overseas buyer.

Developer Willis Bond acquired the 15-level mirror glassed former ANZ office building for $25.1 million in 2011.
