New Zealand Racing Board chairman Michael Stiassny says he would not want to repeat the board's currrent defamation hearing.
The board is being sued for $750,000 in damages by Rotorua-based First Sovereign Trust, its trustees Malcolm Short and Peter Anaru and ceo Kerry Bird.
