The wife of Christchurch businessman and property developer Graeme Heazlewood has succeeded in constraining his funding activities.

Susan Heazlewood appealed an earlier judgment to vary a stay of action she had succeeded in obtaining against Mr Heazlewood’s company, Joie De Vivre.
