Wilson Harle is delighted to announce the promotion of Janna McGuigan to Senior Associate.
Janna specialises in complex commercial and civil cases, and has particular experience in trust litigation, regulatory and competition matters, and directors' duties cases.
Prior to joining Wilson Harle in 2011, Janna took her LLM as a Grotius Fellow at the University of Michigan.
Janna is a former clerk to the Rt Hon Sir Andrew Tipping in the Supreme Court, and, before joining Wilson Harle, was a solicitor at a large national law firm. She is currently Vice President of the Auckland Women Lawyers' Association.
