Leighton has spent the last decade partnering with clients to understand their businesses, and designing surveys and programmes to successfully capture employee feedback. He has particular experience in customer journey, employee performance, technology enablement and organisational resilience in the face of market disruption and change. This unique skillset further provides additional expertise to the NotYetKnown team, which assists clients find clarity dealing with big picture challenges and also uncommon solutions to complex problems.
