Anthony Drake joins the partnership from another national firm to work with Amanda Douglas as a partner in the Employment Group and wider dispute resolution team at Wynn Williams.
National managing partner Jared Ormsby commented that “Anthony’s depth and breadth of experience in the areas of employment and health & safety law would take the firm to an even greater height in its employment law offering for clients”.
Mr Drake said that "he is very excited to be joining Wynn Williams during a period of sustained growth – particularly in the employment area".
Both Mr Drake and Ms Douglas are internationally recognised as leaders in their field of employment law by Chambers and Partners Asia-Pacific 2018 Directory.
Mr Drake’s arrival takes the partnership to 20 and continues the expansion of the Auckland office where he’ll be based. He joins the firm on January 1, 2018.
