Mark Clayton has been referred to the Registrar of Companies by liquidators from Baker Tilly Staples Rodway.

Liquidators of the failed Claymark Group have referred its founder and former director, Mark Clayton, to the Registrar of Companies for failing to respond to requests for information.

It’s the latest issue in the fraught collapse of the wood product business in 2019.
