No ‘officious intermeddling’ as Waterstone wins Claymark appeal

The High Court had ruled Waterstone's appointment as liquidator of entities within the group was invalid.

Waterstone Insolvency has successfully appealed a High Court decision ruling its appointment as liquidator of subsidiaries within the Claymark Group of companies was invalid.
