2degrees wins Hawkins business from Spark
800-plus connection deal.
2degrees says it has landed a contract with Hawkins for 800-plus mobile and VOIP (internet calling) connections.
The construction project management company was previously with Spark.
“2degrees has put great reporting systems to give us more control over our costs and better visibility throughout the network," says Hawkins chief information officer Hannes Van Zyl.
2degrees head of business sales Todd Scoble says other businesses to recently sign up include Lewis Road Creamery, Juicy Rentals, Whittakers and EcoStore.
The telco has trailed Spark and Vodafone in the business market by a large margin but recently bought landline broadband provider Snap in a bid to help close the gap.
