Funding from the Tauranga Energy Consumer Trust was the circuit breaker in a decision to go ahead with a $67 million tertiary campus in downtown Tauranga.
The trust decided two weeks ago to provide up to $15 million subject to conditions to the project being planned by the Tertiary Education
