Affordability improves slightly but Auckland houses still out of reach for most

Despite a miniscule improvement in Auckland’s housing affordability any hope of buying a house for most people is still a long way out of reach. 

Housing affordability has improved 1.4% in Auckland, but it is still 59% less affordable than the rest of the country.
