‘Airy-fairy’ unit titles law changes under fire

Although the Unit Titles Act Amendment Bill – intended to fix mistakes in a two-year-old law – has passed its second reading, lawyers say it is not enough.

They say the minor changes do not go far enough to fix the “broken” law.
