Alleged tax dodger loses latest court bout
IRD says losses of $15 million from a John Russell-linked company should be disallowed as tax avoidance.

Inland Revenue’s No 1 enemy, John George Russell, has lost his latest court fight.
Mr Russell, who has a personal tax bill of more than $400 million, went to the Court of Appeal last month to move one of his cases from the High Court to the Taxation Review Authority.
