A 6.3 magnitude earthquake has struck Japan near Tokyo, the Japan Meteorological Agency said.
The epicenter of the quake was off the coast of Chiba prefecture neighbouring Tokyo, the agency said.
No tsunami warning has been issued although Reuters says there are reports of a new fire in the number four Fukushima nuclear reactor.
