Apple has topped Fortune magazine’s list of the world’s most admired companies for the fourth year running, beating tech rival Google for this year’s prize.

The top three places were a repeat of last year, with Berkshire Hathaway again coming third on the list, which is done with the help of management consulting firm Hay Group.

Southwest Airlines, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Amazon.com, FedEx, Microsoft and McDonald’s round out the top 10.

International companies in the top 50 include Singapore Airlines (18), BMW (19), Toyota (33) and Sony (46).

Of the full list of 350 companies the USA dominated with 238, followed by Germany with 21, Japan with 15 and Switzerland and Britain, which both had 11.
