ASB stays at front of receivership queue
Toll Logistics has lost an appeal against a court ruling giving ASB Bank first rights to stock from DVD distributor Scene 1 Entertainment, which is in receivership.
Toll provided warehousing services for Scene 1, which owed Toll $287,368.47 at the time it was put into receivership in June
