PWC gives the offshore bond programme a clean bill of health.
Auckland Council chief executive Stephen Town hired accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers to review its debt funding strategy after NBR stories last year about last year’s offshore bond sales.
But the person hired to do the report, PWC partner Stuart Henderson, is one of two external members
