Auckland Transport coy on 'commercially sensitive' lease deal for Vodafone building

The deal is intended to maximise the operational savings in preference to rent holidays or large lease incentive payments.

The cost of Auckland Transport’s move into the showy downtown Vodafone building next year is being kept under wraps.

Auckland Transport (AT) is in the final stages of negotiating the lease with building owner Goodman Property Trust [NZX: GMT] and says the new rental will be $800,000-900,000
