An Auckland High Court judge has ordered payment of more than $450,000 in a case about substandard bananas from the Philippines shipped to the Middle East by a New Zealand company.

International New Zealand Trading, which wanted to sell bananas in Iraq, last year filed a claim against Fresh Fruit
