Big banks, an Air New Zealand jumbo and a $69m tax haven claim

The High Court has thrown out claims by a Channel Islands-controlled company that three of the country's biggest banks owe millions of dollars over an Air New Zealand plane lease deal.

Yandina Investments has been pursuing ANZ National Bank, Westpac Banking Corporation and BNZ Investments
