Changes to the board have been implemented at Kiwi Income Properties Trust, following the retirement of one of its directors.
Non-executive director Jim Syme retired from the board on March 31 after an eight year run in the position.

Former Colonial Life Fiji and National Bank Fiji board member John Duncan will be joining the Kiwi Income Properties board as an Independent Director.
Kiwi Income Properties Trust has a property portfolio valued at $1.85 billion. Its assets include Auckland’s Sylvia Park Shopping Centre and office tower Vero Centre, and North City Shopping centre in Porirua.
At press time its shares were trading at $1 each.
