Burger Fuel Worldwide reported a $552,983 loss in the year to March 31, on revenue of $8.7 million.

The loss is reduced from a loss of $710,282 last year and is due to the cost of establishing the BurgerFuel concept in the Middle East.

The company hopes to open its second store in Dubai in July.

It is focusing on reducing costs to maintain enough cash to ensure expansion costs can be met. There was no final dividend.
