Auckland Film Studios sold, Cliff Curtis consortium not in frame
The West Auckland studio has been picked up by X3 Studios operator, Xytech Group, for at least $30m.

Auckland Council is citing confidentiality as to the sale price of Henderson's film studios to Auckland Film Studios, part of the private Xytech Group.
