President Donald Trump’s latest tariffs present China with an opportunity to make a unilateral move in favour of free trade.

No one’s a winner so far in the US-China tit-for-tat tariff-based trade war. But both sides could emerge victorious if they took the logical path and agreed to abolish all tariffs.
