Cruise industry losing patience with Auckland
Former captain says city is at risk of losing business.
A former cruise ship captain and now senior manager at Royal Caribbean International has given Auckland authorities a blast, saying the city has been talking about improving its cruise ship infrastructure for 10 years but is still at “ground zero” in terms of making improvements.
