Waterstone Insolvency’s appointment as liquidator was successfully challenged by the secured creditor, BNZ.
The appointment of Damien Grant’s Waterstone Insolvency as liquidator of the subsidiaries within the Claymark Group has been ruled invalid by the High Court.
It followed a challenge by secured creditor BNZ, which appointed Calibre Partners as receivers of seven of Claymark’s wood product
