Fewer directors satisfied with their fees, despite 7.4% lift
The Institute of Directors and EY annual director fee report also shows the gender pay gap has narrowed.
More directors are dissatisfied with their remuneration despite a 7.4% increase in median fees and working fewer hours, according to the latest annual Directors’ Fees Report.
The median fee for a non-executive director rose to $53,700 from $50,000 in 2024, while the average number of hours worked
