Insolvent trading, poor bookkeeping cited in Sacred Hill ban

The former directors of the failed wine group have been barred from joining the board of another company until next decade.

The Sacred Hill Group was placed into receivership in 2021.

Sacred Hill's former directors were handed hefty bans by the Deputy Registrar of Companies for conduct that included “insolvent trading, failure to maintain proper records, and abuse of limited liability”.
